Work and life in perfect harmony: remote, multidisciplinary & just plain fun
We are a group of people who believe in designing experiences that are purposeful, sustainable and delightful.
With decades of experience in the industry, we’ve built a stimulating remote work environment of talented individuals across different disciplines. Our designers are encouraged to be multi-disciplinary. Our approach is dialogue based, and we collaborate with each other and our clients to arrive at the best outcomes.
We have an amazing work-life balance, where our weekends are free to play and explore. Our studio is now fully remote with our people based across India and Portugal. We use the latest online tools and software to collaborate seamlessly and effectively, as we take exciting projects forward from clients across the world.
We’ve designed the perfect conditions for us to do the best work for our clients. It's considered, balanced and fosters an atmosphere where the team can really provide it's collective input and experience to drive our designers to grow and do better and better work.
Every week we do a coffee break where we socialise with each other and talk about all things not work. From time to time we do a game evening. And once a year we do an epic offsite where we really bond and explore - so far we've been to the Andamans, Kashmir, Pondicherry, Goa and various eco and adventure camps near Bangalore, with more to come.
